Are there any Dyno's that accommodate bikes in Austin?
Two years ago I was fortunate enough to buy a Eddie Lawson reproduction bike (Z1100R1) Euro version, one of five known in the U.S.
I done a total restoration and finely finished it about six month ago. While taken the engine down I discovered that it was bored out to 1260cc High compression pistons, welded crank, .425 lift cams and the head has been ported to the point that the ports looked like big drain Calvert's. After completion I got it on the road for a test ride. Now I always thought my 73 Z1 900 was pretty fast and my 83 VF1100C Magna was a little quicker but this ELR is scary freaking fast. The Z1 was rated @ 89 and the Magna is rated @120. I would sure like to Know what this ELR is putting out.
Here are some restoration pic's it anyone is intrested http://s292.beta.photobucket.com/user/hx35w/library/?
